Owner
Christopher Smyth is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Florida (FL 86362) and a Certified General Contractor (CGC1530037). Bolivian by heritage, he is a former president of the Society of Hispanic Engineers at his alma mater, Florida State University. Christopher enjoys playing golf and skiing.
Oscar Lopez
Marketing Manager
Oscar López is a Marketing expert from Santander University of Colombia. He is in charge of developing our brand strategy. He outlines the campaigns, collaborates with advertising and creative departments, and oversees project management. With his positive attitude, he excels in building relationships with new prospects and clients.

Timothy “TJ” Boylan
Project Engineer
TJ recently joined Smyth Engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.

Specializing in structural engineering, TJ has a particular focus on steel structures and small-scale bridge design. He is also experienced in construction remodels and the modernization of existing construction plans, using his expertise to bring innovative solutions to the field.
TJ is highly skilled in design and drafting software, holding the highest-level professional certification in Autodesk AutoCAD and a user certification in Autodesk Revit for Architecture—both of which are recognized as industry standards.
Beyond his professional pursuits, TJ is passionate about community involvement. He is an active youth baseball coach and swim instructor, dedicating time to mentoring and developing the next generation of athletes.

Pradeep holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and a master’s degree in computer information systems, combining engineering expertise with advanced technology skills.

Juan David
Project Engineer
Juan David Rubio is a civil engineer and a graduate of the University of Francisco de Paula Santander. He worked for five years as a Project Manager at INVIAS, Colombia’s government agency for highway and road construction and maintenance where he managed large-scale infrastructure projects. With his expertise in managing large-scale projects and a strong commitment to quality, Juan is a valuable addition to our team.
