Christopher Smyth P.E.
President & CEO
Christopher Smyth is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in Florida (FL 86362) and a Certified General Contractor (CGC1530037). With a degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University, he has a concentration in structural engineering. Christopher began his career at Hillman Engineering in Ft. Lauderdale in 2009, focusing on 40-year recertifications. He is an active member of ASCE (Member #12362033), ICRI, FSEA (Member ID: 20610569), ACI, and CAI Gold Coast chapter.
Adam Best
Project Engineer
Adam brings two decades of engineering experience and knowledge to Smyth Engineering, specializing in the Construction and Maritime industries. A former U. S. Navy engineering officer, Adam has unique leadership skills that compliment his project management style, having supervised complex, multi-year projects with precision and efficiency. Adam's attention to detail, proactive communication and poise in challenging situations make him a great addition to our team here at Smyth Engineering!
